Seasonal Ranking
We're currently in Season 2: Gravity's Revenge. Here's how seasons work.
A new season every calendar month
Each season runs for one full calendar month (UTC). When a new month starts, a new season begins automatically — no downtime, no separate sign-up.
The soft reset
At the start of each season, every player's Elo rating moves 25% of the way back toward the 1000 baseline. It's deliberately a soft reset, not a wipe: a player at 2000 starts the new season around 1750, keeping most of their earned rank while giving everyone a fresh, competitive leaderboard to climb. Read the full math behind ratings on our Elo Rating page.
What resets, and what doesn't
- Resets: your position on the seasonal leaderboard, season-specific stats like biggest climb and best streak.
- Never resets: your all-time match history, total wins/losses, peak Elo ever reached, and unlocked rewards.
What the season page tracks
- Top 100 — the current season leaderboard, ranked by Elo.
- Biggest climbers — players with the largest Elo gain since the season started.
- Longest streaks — the best active win streaks this season.
- Hall of Fame — a running record of past seasons' top finishers.
Check the current standings on the Season page, or the all-time rankings on the Leaderboard.
Making the most of a season
Because the reset is partial, consistency compounds — a player who battles regularly through the whole month builds a bigger cushion than one who plays in a single burst. Daily missions (visible on the Battle and profile pages) give a steady reason to show up between big pushes for rank.
