Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use REPPED. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to play, including granting camera access. REPPED is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

2. The Service

REPPED is a competitive fitness entertainment game. Two players battle live via camera for 30 seconds on a randomly selected exercise; an automated pose-estimation system scores reps, form, speed, consistency, and effort on a 1–10 scale. Scores, verdicts, Elo, and rankings are generated for entertainment purposes and are not medical, professional, or certified fitness assessments.

3. Health & Safety

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically able to safely perform the exercises offered (push-ups, squats, burpees, plank). Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise routine if you have a pre-existing condition. Clear space around you, warm up, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. REPPED, its operators, and its AI scoring system provide no medical advice and assume no liability for injury arising from your use of the Service.

4. Camera, Video & Pose Data

Pose estimation (rep counting, form scoring) runs entirely inside your own browser — your video frames are never uploaded to REPPED's servers for scoring. During a live 1v1 battle, video streams peer-to-peer directly between you and your opponent via WebRTC; REPPED's servers only relay connection signaling, never the video itself, and nothing is recorded or stored. Only the final numeric result (score, rep count, exercise, timestamp) is sent to our servers to update Elo and stats.

5. Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Guest play is available with no account, but guest Elo and stats are stored only in your browser and are not recoverable if lost.

You agree not to:

• Broadcast nudity, sexual content, or content involving minors on camera
• Harass, threaten, or target other players
• Attempt to cheat, spoof, or manipulate the scoring or matchmaking systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play on your behalf
• Attempt to access another user's account or REPPED's non-public systems

Violating these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion — a gym license revocation, if you will.

6. Virtual Items & No Real-Money Value

Elo, ranks, titles, badges, borders, and other in-game rewards have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for real money, or redeemed for anything outside the Service. REPPED offers no real-money prizes or gambling of any kind. We may reset, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time, including at the end of a competitive season.

7. Advertising

The Service displays advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners between matches (never during the 30-second battle itself). REPPED does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for details on ad-related data use.

8. Intellectual Property

The REPPED name, logo, branding, verdicts, and game design are the property of REPPED's operators. You retain ownership of your chosen username and any content you generate, but grant us a license to display it within the Service (leaderboards, match history, challenge links, shared results).

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPPED's operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including injury from exercise, loss of guest data, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
